You can decorate your patio in numerous ways to make it homey and more of an extension of your apartment. All we ask is that you keep the decorations contained to your patio space and that the area is kept neat and clean. You can decorate you patio by adding:

• A rug – A large, vibrant outdoor rug can add a bright pop of color to your space.

• Outdoor furniture – Chaise lounges, a bistro set, or even a cozy papasan chair will allow you to have a comfortable area to relax and unwind.

• Plants – Set an array of plants of varying colors and sizes on a small outdoor table, which will bring a lively element to the space. Just remember to keep the area tidy and free of any mess. Also, if you’re above the first floor, be careful when watering your plants that nothing leaks on your neighbor’s patio below you.
