  • Deep dish frozen pie crust

  • 1 ½ cups cooked chopped ham

  • 1 ½ cups hash brown potatoes (frozen hash browns can be used, just thaw them first)

  • 1 ¾ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 thinly sliced medium green onions

  • 5 large eggs

  • ¾ cup half-and-half

  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Sprinkle ham, potatoes, cheese, and onions into the pie crust

  • Beat eggs, half-and-half, and pepper in a bowl until blended

  • Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie crust

  • Bake for one hour, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean

  • Let stand for 15 minutes before serving
