The maximum number of occupants per apartment

One bedroom- 2 Occupants
Two bedroom - 4 Occupants, no more than 3 persons over 18
years old
Three bedroom - 6 Occupants, no more than 4 persons over 18
years old
Lease Terms
7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 month lease terms are available.
Utilities
Resident is responsible for electric, cable, telephone, water/
sewer, and trash removal.
Pets
Resident may have a cat or dog, no more than a total of 2,
with payment of a deposit and fee for each pet. The pet may
not at any time exceed 15 inches in height from its feet to
its shoulders. In addition, birds, hamsters, gerbils, and
turtles (all in cages) and fish in aquariums (not to exceed
30 gallons) are permitted at no cost.
