Occupancy
Each apartment home follows clear occupancy guidelines to ensure comfort and balance within the community:
- One bedroom – Maximum of 2 occupants
- Two bedroom – Maximum of 4 occupants, no more than 3 over 18
- Three bedroom – Maximum of 6 occupants, no more than 4 over 18
Utilities
