One Bedroom/One Bath – 801 square feet
One Bedroom with Den – 956 square feet
Two Bedroom/Two Bath – 1,132 square feet
Three Bedroom/Two Bath – 1,453 square feet

Occupancy

Each apartment home follows clear occupancy guidelines to ensure comfort and balance within the community:

One bedroom – Maximum of 2 occupants
Two bedroom – Maximum of 4 occupants, no more than 3 over 18
Three bedroom – Maximum of 6 occupants, no more than 4 over 18

Utilities

When leasing an apartment at PepperTree, residents are responsible for essential utilities, including electric, cable, wifi, telephone, water and sewer, and trash removal. This structure gives you more control over your monthly expenses while allowing you to tailor services to your preferences and lifestyle.
